Great people! Great product! But most important, they stand behind their work.
I have had two 30x40 buildings built by pioneer so far, the first one after shopping around, and while the price was almost identical with Conestoga, the materials were far better! I definitely recommend them and will be using them for my next building.
They did a great job for us on building our small barn. We had some unique requirements, which were handled well. When the sub-contractor's spouting was not quite the right color, Pioneer caught it before we did, and had it replaced. I'd recommend them.
I loved the old grass crew they had they did a nice job weed whacking around the buildings and cutting the grass Dickey, Cam, Dane and Cole did a fantastic job and are very hard workers
