I don’t recommend using them. I had 16x50 pole building attached to my garage. They also replaced the siding on my garage, put a new roof on it and moved a door. They left trash all around my property, the concrete crew left their wash out in front of the garage. One of the walls the put up was bowed. More then half the screws for the walls are installed crooked or set in to far. One side of metal has damage for the forklift. They miss calculated the amount of dirt that needed to be excavated. I'm very disappointed in the way you are treated when you have a warranty issue. Very unprofessional and rude. I had to deal with the girls in the office more than once about warranty issues. I understand if the warranty is expired. But it's their rudeness and the way they tell you with an authoritative attitude! IT'S NOT COVERED...For a $95.00 service fee we can send somebody out. It took almost three months and they just finished blowing in the insulation. 2 days after they pour the floor it cracked. PPB forgot to order one of the garage doors and had to wait 6 more weeks for it to be installed. Had to chase a Robin out of my garage every day till it was installed. They blew in the insulation and never cleaned up their mess. insulation was all over everything.
Pioneer does put up quality buildings, but they have terrible communication skills and customer service when it comes time to build. Throughout the entire process, I felt like we were always trying to get ahold of someone. We had contractors not show up on a scheduled day, with no communication from Pioneer as to why. Spent the morning calling multiple extensions until finally someone picked up, who had to do their own investigating. Took 6 months, the crew they sent us was terrible so many screw up you can't imagine. I had to keep sending them pictures of the very poor quality work that was done. Very unfortunate situation.
Rude,, and non responsive. Way over priced!!
