Friendly staff! My 5 year old son wasn’t worried about his first visit because the hygienist explained what she was doing every step of the way. The dentist had a calm demeanor and answered any questions I had. The woman in billing helped me figure out some insurance issues, and was very patient and kind. Highly recommend!

Every visit has been the same experience here in the Pioneer Valley Pediatric Dentistry. Warm friendly atmosphere, a caring Dentist who is great with kids, what else could a mom ask for. I took my 1 year old daughter here. It was a 5 star service. The entire staff was amazing, professional and polite. I love this place this would be the best place in the area. Dr. Ashish is the best dentist!
We've got 4 kids from the ages of 1-9 who have been seeing Dr. Ashish since my oldest was a toddler. At the age of 3 he needed to be put under and it was terrifying, but he had the best care and we were made totally comfortable AND he didn't end up having to pull the tooth! My oldest had to have several appointments the past year for some issues with his teeth and each time the staff was so great to him, holding his hand and comforting him since I was unable to be by his side due to covid.
