RecommendedI was very skeptical of this place, but I had such an awesome experience with the staff there! Dr. Ambrose Obhade and Sandi went beyond and made sure I was comfortable. I had a really bad molar that needed to be extracted and I was super nervous! they talked to me to calm me down. At one point, I was humming and they were humming along with me❤ they did an awesome job with the extraction. Fast and painless. I highly recommend this place.

RecommendedI made an appointment for myself and my son two weeks ago. Received confirmation emails for both appointments. The week of appointments, I receive a text message to confirm BOTH appointments so they know we're both coming in for the appointments until the DAY BEFORE to tell me they're no longer taking adult appointments!!! And when I asked why did you wait until the day before to tell me this, their excuse was " oh we just decided to no longer take adult patients". my wife just got home, in tears, because of the incompetence of the employees. she had a CONFIRMED appointment that they gave to someone else. no call, no text, no e mail. Confirmed means she will be there. All the way to Elkhart. She has never given them reason that she would just not show. Who does this crap? She had to adjust her entire schedule to be there as promised. This type of behavior is highly uncalled for and unprofessional. Do not recommend Pippen for anything.

Recently found out that the silver crowns on my six year olds teeth were unnecessary even after I complained. My son has been put through unnecessary, painful torment so that this money hungry place can suck insurance dry. Truly sickening.
