I have been in a 2 year program for 3.5 years now. There are no consistencies throughout classes. There are no teachers willing to teach and they have been stealing financial Aid! If I could give this school 0 stars I would with no hesitation. I had a hard time finding a school with a schedule that fit my work/home life, so when I found PITC I was excited. That excitement didn't last long as I made an admissions appointment and the admissions rep Lisa Tansey never called me. I ended up contacting her almost a half an hour after our scheduled time and she was not prepared. Although I did graduate from this school, the experience was HORRIBLE!!! PITC needs to increase student support and communication. There were times we went weeks without a response from staff, not even the DON (Alex) or owners of the school. My last class ended in September 2020. We did not take the Exit Exam until January 2021. During that waiting period; we have not heard a word from Suja or administration about what the next step would be. We’ve sent countless emails, left many messages and voicemails with no response. More support preparing for the NCLEX exam and not changing the procedure in a middle of the program. Follow through with preparing student to pass the exam for their LPN license.

PITC needs to increase student support and communication. There were times we went weeks without a response from staff, not even the DON or owners of the school. This school is not worth the amount of money they charge. The simulation lab was not really a simulation lab. During my attendance, the only clinical experience we had was in nursing homes. No hospital experience, which means no Peds, Maternity, Med Surg, or Mental Health experience prior to graduating. If I had to do it again, I would not choose to attend this scho... read more
