One of our favorite spots, we just don't love the location
We smelled the food as much as we tasted the food—meaning it was a holistic experience. The food looked beautiful and tasted amazing. They had our table ready when we got there. They were happy to answer questions. Great experience.
We thoroughly enjoyed the tastes, especially our polenta and spare rib appetizer. The waiter service was only ho hum and lacked the genuineness of truly good service. The best part of our pizza was the crust, which had a great flavor and the crispy outside, chewy inside of great crust. The biggest downside to the pizza was our that the crust on the center portions of our mozzarella and basil pizza was soggy, which took the best characteristics out of the crust.
Terrific, friendly service. The food was great -- especially the short rib, polenta appetizer.
The food was excellent! The restaurant is a nice, cozy, little place. Most of the service was great except our waiter was a little off that night. We were helped by other servers and the hostess who was warm and friendly. The waiter was slow to help us and he took one of our dishes when we were not done with the food. We wanted to finish our appetizer. We waited more than twenty minutes for him to give us the check.
Normally we love this restaurant. It has great food and a fun atmosphere. This last time we went, though, the service was horrible. Hopefully this was just an exception to a normally great experience.
Pizzeria 712 is still my favorite restaurant in the Orem area. They consistently provide excellent service and excellent food. Their seasonal and local menu provides new experiences and great variety to their fare.
