I think on all of their television commercials regarding nursing home issues, they should add a disclaimer indicating they will only take a case involving a privately owned facility - no county run facilities. Very disappointing to call and be told, sorry we won't handle anything involving a county facility.

We had a good case re: our mom dying from neglect at a cbrf home,according to this firm. This firm took our case,assuring us we had a case. Now after 1.5 yrs.and us sending ALL the records to them, my travelling and sitting thru several phone conferences and acquiring records for them all at OUR expense,,they suddenly say they have a conflict (via hiring a new person,whose wife knows someone from the cbrf!!!)of interest and are dropping us from their case list.
