very nice staff I bought a maserati from them and they were great they knew exactly what to do and when to do it very helpful and very nice they also have very nice cars

Thrilled with my CL I purchased a 2005 M-B CL600 from Platinum and I love it! The overall buying experience was so different. I've bought many new and used cars in my life time and I have to say that this was the best. I called about the CL600 on a Monday and spoke with Alex. Awesome service! I bought a 2009 mercedes sl550 & the sales man Alex Sarmast made this experience an absolute breeze & pleasure. I'm from ny & purchased this vehicle online. Best Ever I had a very good experience @ Platinum. I bought a BMW 335I and I Love it. :) If you are looking for a very knowledgeable and friendly place to do business with look no further. I purchased a 2020 Range Rover Sport earlier this year I purchased a 2020 Range Rover Sport earlier this year from Platinum Autohaus. I paid full price and bought a very expensive extended warrantee as well. I needed to return for simple handling instructions that should have been initially given and another return for the car manual. When realizing I did not have second key I contacted them and they replied they do not have one. To order a key is over $900. And they will not cover this. Beware of this place Alex is your classic sleazy car salesman. Beware he will try to rip you off. He will try to sell you a car with accidents, or even worse he will try to buy your car for 20k below value. Everything you come to expect from a used car sales lot this place will offer

Was great until it fell through with title issues Sometimes responses are quick. Other times takes a few calls, emails and text messages. I almost purchased a vehicle from them but unfortunately not having the title in hand or a print out of it processing the deal fell through. They came up with a great resolution but was too late.
