Visit was great as usual. Dr Gabin is at top of his game. The dentists and support staff are true professionals: efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. The receptionist/ billing support people are the best. I mean the best I have ever dealt with anywhere. They make working out insurance issues very easy. That aspect of medical offices is often overlooked but most of us spend more time dealing with billing issues than medical issues so it is refreshing to have such competent people assisting you. !!Stay Away!! They gave us an estimate of payment and they took the payment even before the procedure. Later send another huge bill, they didn't check properly with the insurance, When the metal crowns are covered, they decided to go with porcelain and now try to charge extra. None of the information was told to the patient. The total payment received from insurance and from our copays is over 3K and they are trying to charge more. The billing dept is very rude.
