Very good. Platinum Dental was very responsive. I took advantage of a schedule opening that they advised me of. Went to the cleaning where they identified a cavity and subsequently filled it during the same visit.
My hygienist Mei did an excellent job as always. I have been going to the Secaucus office for over 25 years and Mei has been in my hygienist all that time. Catherine, the manager is friendly , helpful, and accommodating answering all my questions and request

Every time I come in for a visit I feel comfortable. Big shout out to Karen who cleans my teeth but also is very inviting, friendly and just the absolute best at what she does. The new dentist is very thorough and very clear to the needs that you have and answers all of your questions. I’d recommend this place to anyone who would listen to me!
