We had a wonderful experience. I went for the very first time to Urgent Care at the main campus for third opinion for my 5 y.o. Lady in the garage was very kind. The man at the information desk was very helpful. When he learned that this is our firs visit he asked two high school students volunteers to escort us to Urgent Care.
