Waited 2.5 hours to be seen, had a 5 minute conversation with the doctor who told me to continue doing what we have been doing and sent us away. Did not listen to concerns, portal notations did not reflect the described symptoms. We ended up in the ER the following day and left with an antibiotic prescription.
