Horrible experience. Waited over and hour when my infant had a bad cut that needed looking at. Doctor was fine, but the wait for everyone in line was absurd.
i was sent in to the hospital with my son, i wanted they shouled call the jewish HATZALA and they did not want they did not let me call them neither they called ems i was very not happy about this
I've always loved my experiences at PM pediatrics, every doctor we've had as well as every nurse have all been incredible. This past Sunday was the first time I've ever been disappointed. The Dr was quite rude to me, and made me feel horrible because my son had a virus and as he put it "I'm not a miracle worker, there's nothing I can do about a virus" I feel like it was a complete waste of time and the worst part is I'll be billed as usual and be expected to pay nearly $200 for that disappointing visit.
