There was only one doctor on duty for our visit, which meant our wait time for an exam room was a lot longer than we were anticipating. That being said, the provider we met with and the staff that worked with our little one were all exceptional. Despite how bogged down they all were with patients, they showed us nothing but kindness and patience. When our little one was anxious, they were able to make her laugh and put her at ease. we went at around 7:30pm last night. the wait time was quite long even though there was only us and another family in the waiting room. ( wait time was about 40 min before we were seen) but the MD was really nice and patient with my daughter. my daughter was offered a lollipop which made her happy and she liked the child friendly painted walls. we would go back again
If I could give 0 stars I would. Unfortunately, we had an awful experience here today. We made an appointment and waited an hour to be seen. When we arrived there was only one other patient there. By the time we left the waiting room was full. When we were seen the nurse did a strep test, said it would take 5 minutes and she’d be back. After 10 minutes I opened the door and asked a woman sitting at the computer about the results. She said she’d be right in. She came in, examined my son, and left to check the test. The staff was amazing last night when we went in as an emergency after a glass shower door fell and shattered over my 6 year son. The staff was so kind, gentle, and skilled. Was a blessing that they were there to help us!!! Thankfully all is ok!
Took my daughter for sore throat fever. Booked ahead was seen right away. Staff is always super nice and friendly. Always a good experience
