Absolute trash! I was here yesterday, because my child’s primary care was closed and my daughter had a sore throat. For starters, the lady at the front desk was very dismissive, and borderline rude. They were quick to take my $30 copay, before we were seen, but whatever. They took vitals, and after a very brief interaction with a very pleasant doctor, he decided that it was allergies. Great experience with their staff and doctor tonight. I had an appointment at 5:45pm and was out by 6:05pm. They went above and beyond to make this appointment painless and easy for baby and Mom. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.
Very unsanitary, boogers, stains, food debris on the walls and floors. Floors had not been mopped in a very long time there was visible filth. When called back for our turn The staff had mediocre/poor bedside manner, very gruff and unfriendly to my 21 month old while taking his vitals. If I can give them 0 stars I would. My only comment, will not returned to this place and will absolutely not recommend to anyone. Staff don’t know how to check insurance, no empathy, no compassion. The only only person who was nice to the patients is the male nurse or Xray tech. Everyone else not worth your time nor your money. This was the worse merge ever in a pediatric urgent care.
I actually love this office. In and out within 30 minutes & the doctor took all of my concerns seriously which is something im not used to. Only ever came twice but I will always come here when it’s an emergency. From the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor himself, I thank you all 🩷
