Absolute trash! I was here yesterday, because my child’s primary care was closed and my daughter had a sore throat. For starters, the lady at the front desk was very dismissive, and borderline rude. They were quick to take my $30 copay, before we were seen, but whatever. They took vitals, and after a very brief interaction with a very pleasant doctor, he decided that it was allergies. Whats the purpose of having an appt and all walk ins are being seen before you. I made two appts back to back for both children for 745 and 8pm , appts between 7 and 8 were available when I booked around 5pm . I come and no kind of compassion, but front desk lady eating chips , touching the key board and saying yes yea yea yea your checked in. This used to be a really good pediatric urgent care, back when it had a different name, but our recent experience was not good. My husband took my son with a rash and a cough and no clear diagnosis was provided. They did give some medication to help with the rash, but didn't order any additional medication. Because my son continued to cough the next day, I called to ask what the diagnosis and treatment was. Great experience with their staff and doctor tonight. I had an appointment at 5:45pm and was out by 6:05pm. They went above and beyond to make this appointment painless and easy for baby and Mom. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.
Very unsanitary, boogers, stains, food debris on the walls and floors. Floors had not been mopped in a very long time there was visible filth. When called back for our turn The staff had mediocre/poor bedside manner, very gruff and unfriendly to my 21 month old while taking his vitals.
