Everyone is great in PM Pediatric for kids. I was in line to check my son in. While I was waiting to pay women is coming with a child holding a towel on his head. I just told lady I think this Boy needs help she called nurse right away. The nurse and doctor helped boy in a waiting room. Without paperwork. I was with my son in and out within 1 hour. Dr. Didnt seem knowledgeable whatsoever. My kid is worse this morning.His throat looks terrible and if it wasn't for me calling and pushing for a prescription.My kid probably would be in the ER. We'll not be back here thank you

The Dr. was really nice and enjoyable. She really took the time to listen to what I was saying. Front desk had an attitude that we were walk ins and didn’t have an appointment so I had to check to make sure that you all 1. Accepted walk ins and 2. The operating hours because the attitude was uncalled for. Only to realize when I went to pay, that she had an attitude because she had McDonald’s at the desk that she wanted to eat. Sorry that typing my card info into the computer and taking vitals were such an inconvenience
