Easy, simple and to the point! Consultation with your staff over the phone was great.
The ease and efficiency were great. However, there was much more packaging than I expected for my vitamin order. It would be nice if there was a more environmental conscious way to package the vitamins.
I love the way it works. Its very convenience and less time consuming to get the prescription. Especially with this contact less situation, I think this is perfect system!

Informing me about my new meds has been a smooth and detailed process. The delivery was timely and great and they paid attention to the instructions i provided due to my special circumstances. All this and they provide cheaper vitamins and savings through the benefits provider. Glad i made the switch, great service.
The entire experience was amazing! I submitted my request on Sunday night. A doctor called the following afternoon and my prescription was issued and filled within minutes. A pharmacist called me the next business day and I received my medication the day after that. Text messages were sent to me with specific information and everything was seamless and timely. If I could give more than 5/5 stars I would. Excellent service!
