Great Service ! They kept in touch every step of the Way !
I had some questions about OHIP+ and I called to confirm. The customer service representative was amazing, explained me everything and was able to make my order. My order was made at 11am I got my pills at 4pm without leaving the couch! I love the service, the customer service and I’ll definitely use it every time now!

Impressed with the quick response and how fast my prescription landed on my doorstep. Took a bit to get setup, with healthcard, benefits, etc. But good to know it's all done now and next prescription will be that much quicker! Had concern that I received a marketing text msg from PocketPills afterwards. Expressed my concerns and heard back immediately that it won't happen again. Thank you!
