They will answer the phone promptly when they want to sell you something as a new customer, but you will have better luck talking to an orangutang than getting a human to speak with you at Point Richmond Self Storage once you are an existing customer. Awful customer experience.
Employees and office staff never seem to be on site. Over 3 visits I have waited upwards of 2 hours for help from the office staff. This is unacceptable.
