Great job by Point Roofing on our roof replacement. We got a fast response on our request for a quote and the quote was very detailed, far more compared to others we got. They maintained our scheduled time (in fact pulled it up 10 days) and were at the house when we planned. Each day they cleaned up their materials in the yard and our new roof looks great.

Excellent Company. Honest. Reliable. Knowledgeable, Courteous, Good Work. There to help the customer. They know the roofing business. POINT ROOFING replaced my roof boots that were only 2 years old, faulty, and had disintegrated potentially allowing water and water damage. (I had a new roof put on by someone else just 2 years ago.) With all of the construction going on in the valley I was worried about finding a legitimate roofing company to replace my roof. I've lived through many of the building booms here and have done a fair amount of remodel work, primarily fixing things that weren't done right the first time. I highly recommend Point Roofing and Restoration. I had contacted four roofing companies for estimates because my home’s roof needed to be replaced. Of the four, Point Roofing stood out - best customer service, product, price, only one to mention insurance, and no high pressure sales. Excellent customer service. During our '2nd wettest June' on record here in Boise, these folks replied within an hour of my online request for help due to a leak in my roof. Sent someone out the same day, who in the pouring rain, got on the roof and installed an emergency patch. They've taken care of me throughout the whole process including recommending a good restoration company to do the interior work. From the initial salesman contact (Jacob) to the manager (Lloyd), this could not have gone better. These guys are real pros.
