So far so good with this robotic cleaner I was skeptical about buying a robotic cleaner (especially at this price) since some people report them being bad right out of the box. So far this machine has been great and it's really easy to use. It does a great job cleaning and I'm glad I bought it.
Expensive but so is a pool This is expensive for sure. I used it all summer and it did a great job. Hope it will last for several years. The filter seems sturdy, I clean it each time and have not had issue with it tearing. I would not keep this outdoors though. I store indoors which might help with longevity.

Great pool cleaner, few issues with cables and user interface. Great pool cleaner. Bought it as a replacement for 9400 Sport, which stopped working after about 4 years. I like it that they have added a cord swivel (cord tangling was an annoyance with 9400) and I appreciated a greater control over the clean time (not to mention the remote). Unit came with a damaged metal tube (part for the caddy), but it was a pleasure dealing with their service over the email. like the cart Does get the big stuff really well, like the cart. Doesn't get the really fine slime on the sides like we would have liked. Otherwise great for outdoor pools.
So far so good. It runs very well We were worried that because this was rebuilt there would be problems. So far so good. It runs very well. No handbook on it though, when we need to know something we look it up on-line.
Cleans Well Super pool cleaner - cleans well and quickly. leaves water clear. Does have cable problem -ties itself into knots after an hour. Still a good product
