    The hose has to be reattached as it disconnects when he pump shuts off. Having a couple adapter sizes would allow a better fit. Do you have any troubleshooting tips?

    I needed to replace my old pool vacuum, so I went to the pool store and saw the Polaris. The manager at the store spoke highly about the Polaris so I thought I would give it a try. The Polaris has been doing an amazing job. The vacuum covers the entire pool and my pool guy said he has never seen the pool so clean. I am very, very happy with my purchase. I just need the leaf catcher now.

    Leaves make cleaner stop working other than that works great

    Got screwed on this purchase was told I'd get a rebate of 150 dollars in which I was told by polaris it expired a week before. Awful experience I hope the company gets back for their bullshit and deceitfulness

    The unit is so slow and doesn't go up the pool walls We cleaned the filters and it still runs super slow. Sometimes it just stops moving. This cleaner is not for us, especially if I have to manually clean where it doesn't.

    Did the whole pool in just about 2 hours. Only issue I have is that it won't climb the steps. It does crawl up the wall but won't go to the next step.

    Thank you for your review, Frances! Robotic cleaners have a hard time with stairs and benches, as they can’t tell if it’s the top of the pool. Regular pool maintenance requires consistent brushing of the steps, benches, etc. Once the debris is dislodged from those areas, the cleaner can take care of it at the bottom or sides of the pool.     We bought it like 2weeks ago, 2 days into having it stopped working, I went back to the store and complained, and owner got it to work for like about 5mins, and it stopped working again, I told him I wanted to return it, they wouldn’t take it back , of only having it for like 3 days, here we are a few weeks into us I g it and it still doesn’t work, I feel like it was sold to me defected,, And it was expensive to buy 😡
