Did not want to stay with Polaris after the awful repair history of the Polaris Quatro sport. However, Polaris Days rolled around and a friend was purchasing the Polaris Phenom iQ+, both of us having been told it is impossible to get dolphin machines repaired. I purchased the Phenom, sight unseen. Another mistake. this thing is heavy, did not come with a cart, no hook to pull it out of water, and does not have a fine mesh filter.
