Over the past 20 years, I’ve owned the Polaris 280, which was excellent, the Polaris 360, which never worked right, and now this P40. In the two months I’ve owned it, the P40 has been the best of the bunch by a long shot. Doesn’t get stuck on stairs because of its ability to rotate and change directions and cleans thoroughly in a shorter run time.

So far, this thing is a beast! Hope it continues. The hose has disconnected from the unit a couple of times, we are just hoping this is not a recurring problem.

This is my second Polaris P40 sport. The last one lasted just past the warranty and the rebuild parts were almost the price of a new one. Very disappointing to only get a couple of years out of one of the most expensive options.
