Durable Pool Cleaner This is the second Turtle that I purchased. The first one lasted for about 18 years. It does a wonderful job.
Wasn't up to the job and is hard to put in and out of the pool We've been on a quest to find a decent pool vacuum for our 21' above ground pool. This cute turtle seemed like it would fit the bill, but it was really only good at picking up large debris - any dirt it sucked out went right through the filter and back out into the water. Decent product I’ve had this product before but this one works ok the only issue I’m having is the little grey round bumpers if you will keep coming off and the white screw that attaches to it end up in the net or lost .. I’ve tightened them and it still happens ..

Turbo Turtle User for Years This is my 4th or 5th Turbo Turtle. Over the past 13 years the quality has gone downhill. The first one I owned worked very well for 5 years or so. The second one also worked well, though it didn't last as long as the first one. The one I purchased before this current purchase was a huge pain. It constantly tangled up in knots. Works good when it does Received turtle and works really good for half of round pool, hoses get all tangled up. The Spinner wheels came off within a month so had to look for them & plastic screws in pool then the bracket for the sweep busted so got the replacement and now the screw that came out of original one will not go back in for the new one. So needless to say, it’s past it’s 90 day return now and ended up buying one without hoses and battery operated.

Cost friendly if you can keep him happy I like the version of this cleaner with the turtle head. I’ve had both and the regular one is a little tail heavy causing it to capsize now and then. I think the weight of the turtle head balances it better. I’ve taken these apart and repaired them. Once you have an understanding of how they work, you can do better with them.
