Works great (NO TWISTS!) if you put in the small effort... I bought the house with the pool and this Turbo Turtle cleaner. At first it wasn’t working, previous home owner said they hadn’t really liked it. I took it apart and found the piston damaged and no randomizer ball. Ordered these and replaced. The Polaris Turtle does what it is supposed to do. I love the Polaris Turtle. We have an above ground pool and the "Turtle" keeps it clean with minimal effort on our part. Ours runs 24/7 unless we are putting chemicals in the pool. All I have to do is empty the bag when it gets enough in it and that is absolutely no problem. We would not be without our "Turtle". I LOVE watching it work.

Cleaning issue... It will not go forward unless you take the turtle shell (both top and bottom) off. It will only run backwards which prevents it from cleaning the entire pool.
