I had a wonderful experience at Peters Family Dentistry. The entire staff was very friendly, and very professional. They all explained things very well. My treatment was very thorough. Dr. Peters was very good about explaining my future program, and my hygienist, Stephanie was excellent, with a nice touch and good bedside manner. Dr. Randy Jansma

Friendly caring staff
Overall I had a good experience. This was my first visit to the office. I was greeted with nice, friendly, knowledgeable people. The check in process was well organized and didn’t take as long as I thought it would. However, I did have to wait 40 minutes before being seen. They did apologize and said that was an unusual experience – it was just unfortunate that it had to happen on my first visit. I was somewhat frustrated. I was able to get an appointment to fix a cracked filling/tooth in a very short time-frame. The office was very busy but they were able to fit me in and put a plan together to save a tooth that would have been headed for distraction! Despite all the activity, everyone took the time to explain what the plan was for today and then for the next visit (w/i a week) and was very pleasant. Dr. Deb and her whole staff are very knowledgeable about dentistry but also has been very helpful in getting the most out of my insurance.
I was made to feel comfortable even though I have difficulty going to the dentist
