My experience was great. The Fruit Basket was fresh, and delicious, according to Mrs. Jacquelyn Johnson, who was the recipient of the basket. Well done!

Madison and I believe Mallory too went above and beyond to help me. I was calling long distance from Florida sending birthday flowers to my sister, and unfortunately, my sister threw me a curveball, and I didn’t know exactly where she was. I needed two celebratory bouquets of joyously colored flowers. One for my lovely daughter's birthday which was delivered on time even though I was late submitting my order. Bravo!!! Well done!!! The other order was a more modest one for a "welcome home" ( after a Hospital stay) and equally spectacular!!! Wonderful designers, wonderful receptionist and fantastic delivery!!! I called Pollards from far away(different time zone) and told them what I wanted to do, they were very helpful. Delivered my order and made my day and the recipient was happy! Notification was sent to me when flowers were delivered. First time ordering from Pollards. Will definitely use them again!
