I called from Illinois to place an order for some flowers to get delivered to my mother who lives in Newport News, Virginia. The man on the other end of the phone was so extremely helpful and so nice. The flowers were delivered on Mother’s Day, and my mother was so happy. She said they were extremely beautiful. Madison and I believe Mallory too went above and beyond to help me. I was calling long distance from Florida sending birthday flowers to my sister, and unfortunately, my sister threw me a curveball, and I didn’t know exactly where she was.
