I had to find some place for my 16 year old dog for 9 days, I was worried for my dog need medication , get easy scared, Pooch Hotel in Newton took great care of my Dog. They were good to her. I recommend them

Met our expectations. Our dog came home with diarrhea but that could have been due to the stress of boarding. facilities looked clean. Staff were polite and informative. Video picture of our dog online was good but video very fuzzy. you should invest in a decent video cam.

Needed a place at close to the last minute to mind our dog for the afternoon while in Biston. They were very helpful in quickly getting us set up including contacting our vet. Walter seemed to have enjoyed his day very much. Will certainly use them again.

My dog was never boarded but I read reviews and decided to book him the Presidential suite. I watch him on webcam. It was nice to check in and watch what he was doing. He looked like he enjoy the play groups and was tired at night. Rumer gives you 5 stars.
