I got to see my dog daily on the web cameras which made up us feel more comfortable about leaving her. Was happy to see her with many other dogs and she seemed great. The drop off was very easy and when picking her up it was also easy and when asking how she did was given great feedback. . When we picked her up she seemed very happy and content but really happy to see us as well. Missing daily pupdates
My pet had leg surgery 3 weeks prior to her stay at Pooch Hotel, Newton MA, and needed special accommodations ( mattress on floor, multiple short bathroom breaks per day, medications etc.) The staff was very helpful and took great care of her.

Such a great experience! I was able to book easily, use the app. I was able to early check in. They sent me photos of my pup as well! Will definitely come back!
We love that we can view our dog in his room and at play while we are away! He always comes home exhausted and happy. Thanks for taking such good care of him.
