Wonderful! Our dog is a rescue whoâs afraid of dogs she doesnât know â this was NO problem at the Pooch Hotel! She wasnât required to do the doggie playgroup (many places seem to mandate it now), but the very kind woman I spoke with said that was totally fine, and we got to sign Moppy up for cuddle time with staff (a charge for it but not huge, and so worth it to me). Moppy has stayed there several times and is always happy and in great shape when I pick her up. Huge peace of mind.Â
Our puppy had a great time. We loved the webcams and prompt service for drop-off/pick-upÂ
