Very kid friendly, professional, top quality I have to say that the minute I walked in the door I was pleased with my decision to bring my daughter to PPD. The office is bright, clean and full of very friendly staff :) My daughter (7) gets very nervous/anxious when it comes to going to the doctor/dentist/some place new (shy is an understatement), so needless to say, there is always a challenge of some sort whenever we go anyway. Professional, Clean, Friendly Environment Today was my son's first dentist appointment. He is 14 months so we didn't know what to expect. The entire staff was great from the time we walked in to the lady that checked us out! Our son did a great job considering his age, which would not have been possible without Dr. Carla and her staff!
Dr. Carla and her entire Staff are amazing!!!! I thought I called them and made an appointment to check my daughter's tooth. I get there at the appointed time to find out I had called a different place. Nice! UGH! The two ladies in the front were so sweet, professional and kind enough to squeeze me in at a different time 3PM the same day. I truly appreciate them doing this as I had already taken time off work and my schedule is a bit hectic. Always fantastic! Dr. Carla and the staff at Pooler Pediatric Dentistry are always friendly and patient. My child is not the most cooperative but they always make the visit pleasent and efficient. I also appreciate the entire office is always clean, especially the wait area!
