Poor customer service, there are many other pool companies out there who will stand behind their work. The people who work there are helpful but the company itself is hopeless. Not recommended.

Hi Michael, It is unfortunate that the solutions we had provided were not up to your standards, however we cannot warrant parts we did not replace. The part replaced being a capacitor(an electrical item ie. starter motor)which is use to start the pump. From the information you have provided us your pump has suffered a bearing failure, possible causes can be running the pump dry. I have been incredibly disappointed with both the service and billing. We had a part on order and JC Pools came out a day or so before the part arrived for a chemical check, then charged us a second call out fee that day or two later to fit the part (second call out fee). When I questioned why these weren’t done together, by phone and email, I got not response.
