Dr. Jodi made poor decisions on dental care that has long lasting effects. We have since switched to a new dental office and are much happier. The dental treatments provided at this office are only quick fixes and they cover up the real issues. I would NOT recommend them to anyone. Our children deserve better care from professionals who make decisions with the long-term interest of the child’s dental well-being.

The office staff has always been very accommodating and kind to my family. We have 3 kiddos ages 5 and under and they do a stellar job of scheduling them at the same time and keeping the environment fun and relaxing. My oldest needed to have a filling and Dr.Jodi was on leave so he saw Dr. Deppen. He was so kind to my son during the entire process. At first, we loved this practice and the dentist did a fantastic job on my oldest son’s teeth. They were considerate of his food allergies and they let me see all the ingredients to make sure it was a safe experience. In the last 6 months, the service and care has been absolutely terrible! The dentist has been out on leave for an unknown amount of time. Because my youngest only saw the hygienists, we now have to pay thousands to have his teeth repaired. After being a family With three Children as clients for almost 13 years, your new dental practice, and Dr. Christine have led us to Leave this practice. After speaking with office manager, Kelly, who was not receptive to ask why we were not happy with the practice or assist with remediating some concerns in regards to the dental practices at this office she asked” Where would you like us to fax your records to?” I would caution Any seeking out this practice for their children. Don’t let the façade fool you.

We had an awful experience with this office. My child was never afraid of the dentist until after going here. After multiple cancellations by the office of a routine cleaning, we finally got in for an appointment. The receptionist started off being rude and very cold. The overall cleaning was scary for my child. They told us no payment was due. I never received any correspondence from the office after the appointing until a collections agency hit us up saying we owe money. What a joke of a child’s dental office.
