The clinic practice manager will fire you as a client if you ask questions. I left multiple messages for the clinic owner and the veterinarian who had treated my dogs to call me. I never received a return call from the clinic owner or the veterinarian. I am glad that other veterinary clinics in Kitsap County are fine with dog owners who ask questions.
Very unhappy with the change in ownership. I used to love it here because they cared about my difficult dog. She has required monthly visits for the past 5 years and over the past 6 months I have noticed the service and communication get worse and worse. I'm sad that I have had to find a new vet after 12 years.
I don't know what happened to this clinic, which I've taken my dog to for years. My dog was diagnosed there 2 weeks ago with diabetes. We left with insulin and no refills, no follow up and apparently lost records, now that my new vet clinic is trying to obtain them. It's a shame and I don't like to leave a negative review, but please beware. Too many things have gone wrong!
For 15 years i have been a client here for Drs Daigle. Have so appreicated their work in helping me be one of the top breeders in WA. I recommend my clients go here because they have been the best place to go. Last Monday I came in to find new staff, temporary Vets and the practice sold. Upset, hurt, frustrated and mad does not begin to describe it. The test i came in for was fouled up and it cost me several thousand dollars. I will not return and neither will my clients.
