We got so lucky that we got to work with Pov! As first time home buyers, there was a lot about the process that was unknown, and a little daunting -- but Pov went above and beyond to help make the process a lot easier, more transparent, and in general a fun one :). POV was awesome. She broke everything down for me to understand what my loan was and also explained and broke down how other lenders that I was shopping with were trying to get away with sliding “hidden fees” and higher rates on my loan. Right away I sensed that she had a good heart and was really here to help me. I’m grateful for coming across with someone like POV who has a good heart and the best intentions to help her clients.
