We had Gretchen show us many, many properties over an 8 month period. She exhibited unwavering patience and was highly responsive throughout. After meeting with two other real estate agencies and both of them suggesting we sell our home at a price where we would end up losing a lot of money we called Suzanne and Gretchen. We used Katie Cocoran of Powers Realty to sell my mothers home, man were we happy we chose Katie! She met with us months before and told us exactly what to do to get the home ready. A lot had to be done and she was with us the whole way! Early morning phone calls, texts, and hand holding was done.
