My experience was great. Everything went well.
I went in for a crown prep and to get a filling done. While i was waiting for my mouth to numb before the procedure began, I could tell there was a younger child having work done across the hall because of how the team was talking and laughing and making that young person feel as comfortable as possible. There was no crying at all, but I had to smile to myself because I know the team probably on many occasions goes above the call of duty to make going to the dentist a pleasant experience for ages.
