Ordered a prop for a DF25 and accidentally ordered the wrong pitch. Called to ask to exchange for correct prop, never installed and it was 1 day later. They refuse to exchange. No repeat business from me. I should have believed the bad reviews.

Don’t ever order anything from Precision Marine. Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve experienced. I ordered a part for my motor. Weeks later and had not received it I called USPS. They told me a shipping label had been created but never scanned so precision marine probably never actually sent my parts. I called precision marine and they told me they weren’t willing to help me until USPS contacted them. Terrible Custumer aervice from a dude from the office (manager maybe) After paying almost $2,000 to replace a prop and fix the other one. I took it for a ride and was not working properly. I called Erick to explain situation and asked him if he took it for a ride on the water and he said no I didn't. I asked him if he could please take on the water to make sure everything was ok and he said bring it to me Wednesday and never mentioned to me that there was going to be $200 charge after I paid $2,000 later on Wednesday... read more

You may wanna steer clear from this place, I was advised by two captains to do so but yet I went and ended up getting screwed. Provided my serial number to them for water pump kit, got the part had it installed and took the boat out over the weekend, got about 500 yards from the dock and the motor started overheating and derate, baby the boat back to the busy boat ramp motor at 256f took it to a shop and the tech said I got the wrong impeller, took the parts back to precision marine and the manager said that they charged me ... read more

poor customer service ordered parts and never recieved them said they were delivered however i never recieved them and company wont make good or refund money
