0 Star : My Experience They did a very good job of repairing the exterior of the car where there was hail damage. However, there were burn holes in the driver side and passenger side seats that were not there before. They were also dirty. The ceiling along the windshield was also dirty. Called ahead to request the repair and was told to put it on the envelope when we dropped off the keys. Request was written on the envelope. Extra repair was not done. We had to ask when we picked up the vehicle and will need to make another trip to get the part installed. 4.5 Star : Customer Service Very communicative via email with updates. 4.5 Star : Returned Clean
