I was told by Preferred Dental Care that my insurance would cover my initial visit and that I would not have to pay anything. However, I have now received a $400 bill for multiple x-rays. This is very disappointing and feels misleading. Transparency and clear communication are important, especially when it comes to billing, and I did not experience that here.
