I love having a self-directed IRA. I have held real estate and trust notes that have earned tax deferred income for the last 15 years. Preferred Trust Company is excellent at managing every aspect so that tax reporting and tracking and withdrawals are handled efficiently. Their staff has guided me through selling Real Property and worked in tandem my trust note company, Ignite Funding, to keep my earned income reinvested and productive.
