Friendly, caring, and knowledgeable staff. I've had a bit of dental work done and the staff has always been great with explaining everything to me up front and throughout the process. I would definitely recommend!

I had to come back in today due to pain from my procedure done last Wednesday. I had been seen last Thursday because my stitches were popping open and saw Dr Sobel? I was quite upset as he dismissed the pain and told me everything looked fine. The tech told me I would be eating cake for my bday Saturday. I was pleased with my experience with the hygienist. She was very attentive to my comfort and complimented me on my dental hygiene. However; I felt I spent an excessive amount of time waiting to be seen (at least an hour). I understand that sometimes a procedure can take longer than expected. If possible, I would like to know of the delay(ASAP) in case it impacts on another commitment or I could make a better use of the time.
Waiting for appointment checked in early three other people and in after I checked in they where taken back first before me and I was brought back 15 minutes after my appointment time. And if the they were more considerate about if a patient couldnt afford something they want to do instead of what the patient was there for because of money be kinder and not tell the patient then the can leave they won’t do anything for them today
