As a newbie, I found LOTS of things better than elsewhere. The brand new assistant is very rough around the edges and panics a lot... out loud... but if it really was Day One or Day Two, she has time to improve. Dr. Mark was serious and professional and worked very hard to preserve old #3's crown. Abby came in and saved the day and I cannot believe (in a good way) that she's on-call when the office is closed. That is one awesome attribute of a dental office. I'm still trying to believe that. Checkup/cleaning Dental tech did a nice job. Was unable to see Dr. Mark again as he was too busy with another patient. This has happened before and I believe he is spread too thin. I am one of his original patients when he was starting his business.

They're on your side! The staff at Granville Dental intervened with my dental insurance company when they denied coverage for a crown and an appliance. Granville Dental could have just given up and billed me instead (over $1000!!) but they appealed twice and finally got the insurance company to pay for the service. They literally saved me hundreds of dollars. Thanks, guys!!
