As a newbie, I found LOTS of things better than elsewhere. The brand new assistant is very rough around the edges and panics a lot... out loud... but if it really was Day One or Day Two, she has time to improve. Dr. Mark was serious and professional and worked very hard to preserve old #3's crown. Abby came in and saved the day and I cannot believe (in a good way) that she's on-call when the office is closed. That is one awesome attribute of a dental office. I'm still trying to believe that.
