The service was very satisfactory. However, I really liked my previous dentist Dr Jaicks and was very unhappy that we did not get notice sooner of the change. Very disappointed in how this change was handled. I'm already scheduled to come back as I liked the new dentist. Just unhappy with the slow notice ... I just got a mailer yesterday about Premier Dental, but a letter to the previous patients would have been better service and good PR. Also, it's been several weeks and the vmail information isn't updated.
Marika was so friendly and nice and very willing to help me every step of the way throughout my visit. She is what makes going to the dentist fun
I have never had a worse experience at the dentist. I had a lot going on and I was made to feel very ridiculed and like I was disgusting. It’s the first time I’ve ever started sobbing walking out of an appointment.
