Just a cleaning and check up this time. All was great. The frontline staff are great as usual. They remind a week before my visit and a text the day of. The hygienist was a new for me. Very gentle and informative on what she was doing. Great conversation with her. Dr. Kottman is always a pleasure. Best dentist I have ever had. Everybody has a great sense of humor. What a great atmosphere.
Always an enjoyable and informative visit ! I was attended to promptly and received a through check up and cleaning. Dr. Mark always takes time to explain things , answer questions and demonstrate his sincerity in caring for his patients. A truly great doctor ! What a remarkable staff too. Miss Sheila is always able to work miracles with that schedule.and the techs are so darn smart ! How did they get that smart ?

I was in very good hands. I was not looking forward to having my teeth pulled. My anxiety was high but it was relieved as the Dr made sure my pain was controlled. Taking time to make sure I was numb enough and when I wasn't he took the time to give me additional meds and gave me a break when I asked for one. Didn't hurt that he lived in the next town over from me on Long Island. I look forward to continuing with the repair work on my mouth.

Dr. Wooten and his staff were sensitive to my fears. They were gentle, kind, and talked to me the entire time. Great service by Dr. Wooten and all the staff.
I had a great experience at the dentist today, very happy with the care I get at Ashville premier, they always make me feel like I'm in good hands.
