Let me tell you, I am so impressed with Dr. Parra. I am from Ohio, here for a few months with my husbands work, and about an hour away from her practice. My healing cap fell off of an implant started back home. She could have easily took advantage of my situation, but she didnt. They got me right in. She took extra steps to clean and sterilize the area and had my cap back in quickly and at no charge! I would definitely recommend her. That is great character in my book! Dr. Craighead and the team at Premier Dental were very professional and friendly. I underwent a gingival procedure recently which was successful. They were always responsive to the questions I had during the recovery process. One of the team members, Jess, even went out of her way to help me get medication that I needed over the weekend. I would definitely recommend Premier Dental Team.
Always punctual, upfront with out of pocket expenses. Updates medical hx.every visit, Very gentle, describes tx. expectations ahead of time, experienced professional and very knowledgeable. Clean and pleasant office. All staff outstanding.
Came in on August 4th, 2017 to have my teeth cleaned and met Serenity. Being on time is very important to me since I was on my lunch hour. Not only was Serenity on time but she took me in early! She explained everything we needed to do and was very thorough and gentle. If you want the best, come to Premier Dental!!!
