I work in healthcare and was a patient at Premier this week. The care given was absolutely phenomenal. From the second I walked in to the second I left, the entire care team treated me with care, concern and kindness. Dr. Daniel was so informative after each test and lab results. I’d like to thank you all for the excellent care.
March 30,2024- I was there My B/P was very elevated and I was so scared. Everyone there that day was amazing! They made me feel hopeful that everything was going to be ok! They took such good care of me ! Very compassionate ,kind ,caring staff!
I was seen promptly but great care and respect. I thought I could get extras after a fall but were equipped with Cat Scan. Found out immediately my new hardware put in after recent hip surgery was not disturbed and left still in pain but satisfied I didn’t do more damage. I have had an 11 hr and 7 hr wait before being seen at both our ERs. Premier is my choice in Waco for my Urgent care. Thank you for being there for me!
Received care today for our toddler and Dr and staff were so kind. We didn’t feel rushed and her treatment so thorough. The doctor recognized that his presence was upsetting our daughter so he kept a distance and respected her boundaries. We also only waited about 5 minutes to to be seen. Highly recommend!
I went in to have my ankle and neck checked after a fall. They examined me and also took an X-ray of my ankle. Everyone there was very courteous and friendly. Dr LeBlanc was competent and compassionate. He listened to all I had to say.
