Where do we start? We saw an open house on a Sunday afternoon and determined we had to have it despite not even being preapproved. I reached out to Spiro Sunday evening for the first time around 8pm and he told me he was sending paperwork and if I got it to him that night he could get me the pre approval letter that very next day on Monday.
