Our Premiere experience was so great because Spiro and his team were available, communicated, and provided instruction. The housing market is not only hot in the North Bay, it also moves very, very fast. Everyone from realtors to contractors to the finance people have so much work and schedules are very tight. Getting approved for a loan is a lot of documentation and delivery. Spiro and his team were patient, and took time to explain how to properly deliver documents. Will recommend again.
