There was some misunderstandings that happened regarding our title which required additional documents to be signed which may have caused a delay in the COE. The overall customer service that Faris and Ian provided was great but it seemed like the ball had been dropped and unfortunately it took us verbally expressing our frustration for something to be done about it.
